Meera Anil is an Engineer turned actress. She is a Malayalam T.V actress and anchor. Born in the year 1990 in Trivandrum, this twenty-four-year-old is a popular face for the entire comedy genre in Kerala. She has completed by Engineering in the civil stream and has joined the Telly Town to pursue her acting. She is versatile in the dancing line and has three forms of dance including Bharatanatyam, Mohiniyattam, and Kathakali to her kitty. The Kerala University Kalathilakam has also awarded her in the year 2009.
Apart from acting, anchoring and dancing, this talented lass has done modelling assignments too. With her funny side, she shot to fame with comedy stars which were a hugely popular show. She knows how to tickle the laughing bones of the audience and bring them back to life.
Her journey to the small screen began as an anchor for the show called ‘Sthree’. From there, she went on to host ‘Top 3 Models’ aired on Asianet. Her journey into the tinsel town has been very worthwhile. Well accepted among the audience, she is a face that carries her very well while anchoring.
Her next is a big leap of faith into the world of big screens. She has bagged herself a movie called “Mili”, being directed by Rajesh Pillai which states its release for 2014. All we can do is wait and watch and she how she shines in this new world.
